Hi I'm Jess

Founder & director ,Mum to 5.

I have 20 years experience working across various early childhood & community services notably disabilty, Aboriginal family services and Residential Youth specialising in trauma informed care approach.
Ohana Community Services exists as a result of my experiences & realisation that living with a disability is traumatic for many people due to stigma and having to interact with systems not designed for their needs and preferences

My vision is to support &create environments & communities that support authentic inclusion that meaningfully action our values of kindness, fairness and social justice.

I believe that to achieve true inclusion , we must see every individual as having inherent value and capable of growth and development.

We are always looking to connect with professionals whose values align with ours if that's you reach out
